About the role The Carbon Capture Use and Storage (CCUS) Project Manager will act as primary lead for carbon capture use and storage initiatives and projects, working toward delivering LafargeHolcim's Net Zero ambition. This position can be located in various sites throughout the US and Canada. Responsibilities What you'll be doing:
Ensure all Group and regional safety and management policies are adhered to. Lead CCUS opportunity identification and development, working with internal and external stakeholders for evaluation and development of proposals. Coordinate information requests and data exchanges through the project development phases, ensure learnings are captured and disseminated in a structured nature. Lead the development of Net Zero and CCUS project business cases, consisting of technical descriptions, technology reviews, business models, costs and payback modelling for executive review and approval. Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, technology & solution providers, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO's), and public funding organizations relating to CCUS's in a professional and effective manner. Closely manage applicable projects and ensure they are delivered with technical excellence and meet budget and schedule requirements. Prepare and deliver all project reporting and presentations, including planning and progress reports and management reports and executive summaries. Represent Holcim across various platforms and working with a wide array of stakeholders in a positive way that demonstrates our Company values and practices. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications We're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 7-10 years managing engineering projects in process industries, e.g. cement, power generation, oil and gas Project Management Certification (PMP) a plus Experience with Microsoft Office, Project Management software, and SAP. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
