Job Description Jitterbit is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and passionate Sr. Director Partner Marketing & Programs Manager for our AMER technology and consulting partner program. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive substantial growth for both Jitterbit and our valued community of Partners. Working closely with the Senior Director, Global Partner & Marketing Programs and the AMER Alliances, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will collaborate with our top Partners' marketing teams to expand our joint market reach, boost combined brand awareness, and increase demand for both new logo and expansion business. You will own the development, execution, management, and measurement of with-Partner and thru-Partner marketing programs, campaigns, collateral, and events that result in substantial new business opportunity for both Jitterbit and our Partners. This is a combined role that also has responsibility for managing certain aspects of both new and established partner programs, offering an exciting opportunity to help lay the foundation for further with-partner and through-partner scale. The candidate must be creative, analytical, organized, data-driven, and results-oriented with a strong bias for action, the ability to meet deadlines, and a passion to work collaboratively across teams and resources to drive stellar results. ? Create annual and quarterly with-partner and through-partner marketing plans and demand generation programs with clear objectives and outcomes defined ? Collaborate closely with AMER Alliances, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop the strategies, processes, and content required to execute best-in-class campaigns and programs which result in substantial pipeline growth. ? Identify and qualify potential partners for lead gen in collaboration with Alliance Directors by understanding our individual Partners' value propositions, target customers, solutions, marketing needs, and limitations. ? Collaborate with our Alliance Directors and our top Partners' marketing teams to create joint messaging and value propositions, create, execute, and manage strategic & tactical GTM plans, and with-partner solution/product launch plans. ? Utilize a portfolio of progressive and innovative marketing strategies to develop, test, launch, and scale, and measure programs:
such as account-based marketing, email, events, webinars, and 3rd party programs. ? Proactively engage with and enable the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities. ? Effectively communicate plans and metrics regularly. ? Possess a long-term view for growth strategies with iterative, fast-paced execution. ? Own, manage & ensure Partner business data quality, contribute to process improvements ? Help scale for future growth by creating templates, processes, best practices, and own the partner marketing knowledge center ? Ensure collateral, materials, etc. are refreshed regularly to ensure relevance ? Manage the process of measuring and tracking the success of campaigns and initiatives and provide feedback and improvements to inform future strategy ? Other duties as required. Qualifications ? 7
years of marketing and demand generation experience and with a focus in B2B software required. ? Passionate about partnering; Partner-first thinking ? Demonstrable experience with Partner ecosystems and co-marketing required ? Well-organized, detail- and process-oriented, able to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously ? Proven analytical and data-driven approach to targeting markets and demand generation by partner and key verticals. ? Excellent writing and content development skills that you will put to use to develop joint marketing assets with partners for demand gen activities ? Advanced knowledge of current and innovative B2B demand generation methods across multiple channels ? Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and other marketing automation tools. ? Highly collaborative, resourceful self-starter who is always interested in learning and innovating ? Positive, energetic attitude, and initiative with a strong work ethic. ? Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
