Our company is a leading provider of geotechnical and environmental drilling rental and service solutions to clients in various industries.
We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team and provide technical expertise, product support, and sales assistance to our customers and sales team.
Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical resource for the geotechnical and environmental drilling rental and service product line.
Provide technical support to customers and sales team on product features, capabilities, and applications.
Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
Perform billable field service and develop field service customer base with assistance from the sales and marketing teams Attend trade shows and industry events to promote and market the company's product line.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for product improvement.
Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies and assist with sales presentations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and data sheets.
Assist with the development of new products and product enhancements.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure product availability, quality, and delivery.
Participate in product development meetings and provide feedback on product design and performance.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the geotechnical and environmental drilling industry.
Strong technical knowledge of drilling equipment and operations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
