Office Assistant for Tax Season

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Schedule appointments - Assist with data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This position is a seasonal position working only mid January to mid April.
Ideally the candidate will return every year during January through April.
