The core job duties are within an established framework, but because of the diversity of our customers and our product line - every day can be a little bit different.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Process incoming orders from customers and dealer representatives, accurately coding for discount and commission Prepare quotations in response to customer and dealer representative inquiries Provide product information to customers and dealer representatives, and facilitate communication with technical support if needed Handle customer complaints, questions, and claims, directing them to the appropriate department for resolution Good computer skills are required.
(Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Bilingual in Spanish - read, write and speak is highly preferred, but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
