Job Description:
1.
Data Entry Accounts Payable and Receivable 2.
Documentation Filing.
3.
Coordinating travels arrangements 4.
Answering phones 5.
Purchasing/Inventory 6.
HR/Payroll Data input Payroll service is utilized 7.
Assistant to Sales Department including but not limited to writing proposals.
8.
Handle shipping and international shipping documentation.
Skills Required:
Computer skills is a must Microsoft 365 Outlook, Word, Teams etc.
is a must.
Salesforce (will train) Experience with ERP Systems-Omega Cube, ShopTech E2/Job Boss (will train) Excellent Writing Skills Faxing Emails to customers, suppliers, as well as emails for corporate for day to day business.
